We are looking for an motivated, bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service focused individual work in our warehouse and help out with counter sales in ourLas Cruces, NM Location. In this role, you will assist customers with parts and supplies, provide quotes, take special orders, complete accurate payment and sales transactions, answer incoming calls, assist with ordering parts and supplies, load customer orders into their vehicle, assist with loading delivery trucks, and unloading and stocking inventory.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on customer pickups provides customers with quotes, pulling customer orders and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers loading product as required
- Loading and unloading of products in a safe and efficient manner using necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc., and may involve lifting and moving of heavy loads
- Verify the accuracy of inbound receiving lists and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems, computer systems.
- Engage in warehousing duties such as picking/packing and/or storing of inventory, housekeeping duties, and product movement
- Order fulfillment with pick accuracy and reporting inventory shortages to management
- Key in transfers and receives transfers and orders.
- Assist in ordering product from store level vendors
- Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities as assigned by the manager
- Assist the store managers as directed
- Assist the Sales team as directed by store manager
- Maintaining clean, safe work areas at all times
- All other duties as assigned
- May be required to drive company vehicle to pick up product from vendors
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Basic computer skills
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional telephone and email skills/communication
