Current CRT (R) (M) and ARRT (R) registration - Required BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards - Required Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the AMA - Required California State License – Mammographic Radiologic Technologist (CRT (R) (M)) · ARRT (M) Certificate – need copy of original that reflects that date received · Initial 40 hours of training · 25 supervised exams · 8 hours modality training in Tomosynthesis · 8 hours modality training in digital mammography · Continuing education – 15 CEU’s in 36 months · 200 mammograms in 24 months · AHA BLS · Bone Density experience preferred Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the AMA - Required Required Qualifications Mammography Technologist, Mammography Experience: 1 year Licenses: MAMMO-CA Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); M-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the AMA - Required Initial 40 hours of training · 25 supervised exams · 8 hours modality training in Tomosynthesis · 8 hours modality training in digital mammography · Continuing education – 15 CEU’s in 36 months · 200 mammograms in 24 months Preferred Qualifications Experience: One (1) year of experience as a licensed mammography technologist, preferred.
