Job Description & Requirements Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2030.68 - $2339.70 o 5years extensive acute care clinical experience o Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED o Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required o Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred. o Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred o Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy. o Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel. o Specialty Pharmacy medication management o Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Required Qualifications LICENSE REQUIRED Preferred Qualifications N/A Facility Location Pittsfield is the cultural and commercial hub of the Berkshires, the beautiful highland region esteemed for its scenic splendor and rich culture.
