Travel CT Tech - $2,389 per week in Conroe, TX

Job Title: CT Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-19:15 Guaranteed Hours: N/A Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist (GMRT) Certifications: ARRT(R)(CT), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Must-Have: - Acute care experience - Trauma CT experience - Venipuncture skills - High School or College Diploma Job Description: - Work on a three-four matrix schedule — three days the first week and four days the second week, including every other weekend - Join a dynamic department and facility committed to high quality and customer/employee safety and satisfaction - Operate in a facility with 328 beds and multiple CT scanners - Collaborate with a team of professionals, including a day shift of 4 staff, an evening shift of 2 staff, and a night shift of 1 staff - Engage in a high-volume unit performing approximately 2600 scans per month - Perform comprehensive diagnostic and interventional CT procedures, including cardiac, trauma, and stroke protocols - Operate equipment including GE 64 slice VCT, GE 16 slice Brightspeed, and GE 16 slice Optima - Adhere to the dress code requiring hunter green scrubs - Work in an accredited Level II trauma center with stroke and chest pain accreditation - Participate in a department recognized for excellence, accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) in all imaging modalities - Experience with the following EMR systems: Meditech RIS, McKesson PACS This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a department focused on delivering high-quality care in a customer-centric environment.
