In this role, you will travel to different locations, such as hospitals and cardiac care centers, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions. Your expertise will include operating specialized equipment and performing various tests and procedures, including EKGs, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations. Key Responsibilities: Perform cardiovascular diagnostic procedures such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), echocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular studies. Assist in cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures under the direction of a cardiologist. Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment, ensuring accurate results and proper functioning. Monitor patient vitals during procedures and provide real-time data to the medical team. Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety protocols. Document patient information, procedure details, and results accurately in electronic medical records. Educate patients on procedures and post-procedure care, answering any questions they may have. Travel to various healthcare facilities, adapting to different clinical environments and teams.
