Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals. Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to improve patients’ strength, mobility, and overall physical function. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for home care to facilitate recovery and prevent re-injury. Progress Monitoring: Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and modifications to therapy plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize therapeutic outcomes. Adaptability: Adjust to various facility protocols, treatment modalities, and patient populations while providing consistent, high-quality care. Skills & Qualifications: Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and needs. Education & Experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice; eligibility to work in multiple states preferred.
