AlliedTravelCareers is working with TLC Nursing Associates Inc to find a qualified RRT in Great Falls, Montana, 59405 About The Position Respiratory Therapist: A Respiratory Therapist is a healthcare professional who specializes in the treatment of patients with breathing and lung disorders. They work in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health agencies, among other settings. Responsibilities may include: Assessing patients' breathing and lung function Administering breathing treatments and medications Monitoring patients' vital signs and adjusting treatments as needed Performing diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function tests Educating patients and families on managing respiratory conditions Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, such as physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care Keeping detailed patient records and making recommendations for ongoing care.
