Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 18:00-06:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: RRT or CRT Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS Must-Have: - ICU skills - Pediatrics skills Job Description: - Work in a unit with 362 beds and a team of 62 staff members. - Participate in both day and night shifts with varying numbers of coordinators, NICU RTs, CHGs, and RTs. - Utilize equipment such as the Servo I Ventilator, V60 Bipap, Airvo, Hillrom vest. - Use electronic medical records efficiently. - Perform procedures including nebulizer treatments, Bipap, ventilator management, weaning parameters, incentive spirometry, and chest physiotherapy. - Maintain a positive attitude and fit well within the unit's dynamics. - Expected to float across all patient care areas as needed. - Adhere to a dress code of gray scrubs. - Required to work every other weekend, with no on-call shifts.
