Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00-17:30 Guaranteed Hours: Per facility policy Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid applicable state license Certifications: As required by state regulations Must-Have: Cardiac Cath, CRM, & PV experience Job Description: - Work in a Level II Trauma Center with advanced technology for cardiac procedures. - Collaborate with a team of 1 Director, 1 CNC, 4.6 staff RNs, and 5 techs in a unit with 5 procedure suites. - Utilize equipment such as Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator. - Operate Electronic Medical Records systems including MacLab & Meditech. - Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures such as Peripheral Vascular, Pacers, ICDs, Watchman, TAVR, EP/ABL. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1 patient to 3-4 staff members. - Participate in an on-call crew for emergent cases during night shifts. - Engage with a supportive team offering schedule options in a competitive market setting. - Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
