Job Title: CT Technician Job Specialty: Radiology/Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:30) on Thursday, Friday, Saturday Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 5 years (2 years minimum depending on trauma experience) License: NC or Compact license pending OK for submission; required in hand at the time of start Certifications: BLS, ARRT, and must hold a CT registration specifically if ARRT certified Must-Have: - Travel Experience (Unit does not accept first-time travelers) - Work Setting Experience: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU - General Skills Experience: IV Starts, PACS, Contrast - CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, Musculoskeletal, CTAs Job Description: - Approximately 200 exams daily - Special Equipment Experience Required: Siemens - Unit Systems: EPIC, Visage PACS - Must bring own Dosimeter to this assignment (any brand; unit uses Landaur Brand Dosimeters) - Prefer skills in Outpatient, Level I Trauma, NICU, Biopsies, Brain perfusion, and Multiplanar Reconstruction - No On-call or Float requirement - Be available for at least one holiday during the contract period - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Wear Royal Blue Scrubs - Candidates must be comfortable floating based on the job description - Supervisor oversees scheduling per unit needs - The role requires completion of non-billable modules pre-start and annually, varying by specialty [Please ensure the candidate's interview availability within the next 72 hours is provided for the interview process]
