Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Medford, OR

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Oregon license required; can submit with it pending Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Experience with EPIC charting Job Description: - Open to first-time medical surgical nurses with at least one year of experience. - Float between units within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby, as detailed in the job description. - Work every other weekend and commit to working 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). - Able to handle a patient ratio of 5:1. - Required to complete orientation: 40 non-billable hours. - Modules should be completed pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours. - Expected to complete modules as self-reported, with completion recorded in Workramp transcripts. - Scrub color: Any color for RN/Allied; specific colors provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, PACU, and Maternal Child; Business Casual for Case Managers. - All travelers must float between all facilities within a given state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. - Module and training time over 20 hours require manager approval.
