An international corporation is looking to fill their Japanese/English Bilingual Inside Sales position in the Elk Grove Village area. The ideal candidate will have sales assistant experience in the international manufacturing field. Japanese/English Bilingual Inside Sales Responsibilities: Create purchase orders based on customer’s forecast and arrange delivery schedule. Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving as well as update daily inventory for multiple locations. Communicate with customers and vendors both in Japanese and English regarding any inquiries. Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer request Respond to customer’s urgent request and arrange expedited delivery schedule. Handle import business from overseas. Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry/processing, etc. Other duties as assigned Japanese/English Bilingual Inside Sales Requirements: Collage Degree or experience with similar roles Japanese communication skills 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment is strongly preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment Must be able to work responsibly and effectively Direct applicants only.
