Position Summary:
As a Security/Bouncer, youll ensure the safety of our guests and staff, enforce house policies, and create a welcoming environment. You'll manage crowd control, verify IDs, prevent outside food or beverages from being brought in, and address any disturbances with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and monitor patrons as they enter and exit the premises.
• Verify IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Check for and prevent outside food or beverages from being brought into the bar.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure crowd safety.
• De-escalate situations calmly and effectively if conflicts arise.
• Assist staff in enforcing house rules and policies.
• Communicate with management or law enforcement if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, crowd management, or a similar role is required.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Must be available to work both Friday and Saturday night shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks if needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Security license is not required, but experience is a plus.
