People Manager - Maternity cover

We’re looking for a People Manager in the US to cover for a Maternity Leave from mid-January until end of June 2025!
You will be part of the DataDome People team, made up of 8 people who are dedicated to maintain and develop a Culture of Excellence: attracting the best talent, hiring great people, onboarding future BotBusters and ensuring their support, experience, engagement and growth in our company.
The People Team is responsible for supporting more than 190 Botbusters!
As the US People Manager you will be:
The go-to-person for all our people based in the US
Answer employees’ HR-related queries
Handle all People Operations missions:
HR administration in the US - employment contracts, NDA, offer letters, HR documents, healthcare, benefits Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases Supervise payroll for the US and liaise with our payroll specialists by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Handle Office Management: Participate in organizing Receptions, Events, Purchasing materials for the office, Facilitate Traveling, Support for Company-wide off-sites etc. It would be great if: You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a People Ops, People Manager, HR Specialist, or similar role You are able to adapt, to wear different hats at the same time (Multitasking) in a rich and fast-growing environment You know how to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust You have outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence You are creative, hands-on, flexible, organized and also data-driven A creative mind with the ability to suggest and implement improvement Autonomous and proactive - you take ownership of your work Nice to have: SHRM-CP or PHR certificate What are the next steps?
