This person will help direct the activities with ad agencies, media, and other partners to help develop strategies and execute the successful implementation of plans and influence multi-functional marketing partners. Specific responsibilities will include: Drive brand awareness and recognition through effective messaging, storytelling, and creative campaigns. Collaborate with product management, sales, medical affairs, market access, training and other cross-functional teams supporting the commercial success of

to align with business objectives. Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, that may include TV, digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising. Work with the Sr. Director, Marketing (Consumer) to help develop the social media strategy, content development and execution (paid, organic), as well as social influencer strategy, content development and execution (contracting, paid/organic/UGC content). Collaborate on campaign development and execution. Manage

consumer website updates, CRM program (pre & post Rx) strategy, content development and execution. Responsibilities will include managing the execution of media budget to ensure optimal uptake and ROI, including monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical consumer marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientific interactions. This position requires work before or after normal working hours (8am – 5pm) during the work week and occasionally on weekends. May be required to travel up to 25% of the time. Assist with any other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: A strong portfolio and a proven track record of delivering high-quality content and brand performance at scale in the pharmaceutical industry. A self-starter with strong organization skills who is comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs, and delivering against them in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A strong, clear, simple and compelling communicator (verbal and written). Highly collaborative with the affinity to build relationships across teams, including vendors, business managers, and external partners. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred. Advanced degree MS/MBA/MA preferred. 7 + years brand marketing management experience, including omni-channel marketing, pharmaceutical preferred. The full-time salary range for this posted position is $180,000 to $195,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus. Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
