Full Stack Drupal Web Developer

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Drupal Developer to join our CT team. You will work closely with technical delivery, product, and marketing teams to develop engaging web experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in CMS-based web development using Drupal 10+, PHP, and JavaScript, with an understanding of DevOps and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web pages and applications using full-stack web development frameworks, including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the Drupal platform. Deploy and manage websites, applications, and APIs on cloud platforms such as Pantheon, Azure, and AWS in collaboration with DevOps engineers. Conduct unit tests to ensure site/application performance and usability, resolving bugs and errors efficiently. Convert text and graphics into engaging web pages using Drupal CMS and theming techniques. Participate in migration projects from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. Provide regular progress updates to the Development Manager and other team members. Contribute to the enhancement of content management procedures with the globally distributed Fluke team. Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to create wireframes and prototypes for web templates. Support DevOps practices, including deployment automation, continuous integration, and release management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Acquia Triple Certified Drupal Expert or Certified Developer in Drupal 8+ (appearing on Acquia Certification). 3–5+ years of experience as a LEMP stack web developer, with a focus on Drupal. Proficiency with Drupal/PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, UI design, and Drupal theming (TPL/Twig) with CSS preprocessors (LESS/SCSS). Experience managing complex websites based on Drupal versions 7.x–11.x. Experience working with UI/UX designers to create responsive, standards-compliant front-end web templates. Proficiency with Linux-based CLI, including SSH, Bash, Git, Terminus, AWS CLI, and Drush. General understanding of SSL/HTTPS and DNS configurations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additional Qualifications
Understanding of browser, server (Redis/Varnish), and CDN caching to reduce latency. Experience with Drupal module or core development. Familiarity with container technology (preferably Docker). Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. AWS experience (certification is a plus). Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, and OAuth for SSO implementations. Interest in learning object-oriented programming in PHP, Twig templating, and version control with Git. Enthusiasm for exploring package management systems (node/npm, apt-get, yarn, brew, composer). Willingness to understand content caching techniques to reduce latency, especially with Cloudflare. Interest in gaining experience with Docker (with ddev) and AWS (S3, EC2, and Elastic Container Services). Desire to learn about LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, and OAuth for SSO implementations. Experience with Google Tag Manager and Optimizely is a plus.
