Salary Range: $150,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually PURPOSE OF JOB: Downstream marketing responsibilities to support the commercial objectives of Route 92 Medical both in supporting the development of strategy and leading executions tactically with the sales force and cross-functional partners. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Support development of annual marketing department plan and budget. Develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed to sustain company growth and development. Lead and participate in cross functional teams which support overall Sales and Marketing objectives and specific areas of responsibility. Support the management expense budgets to effectively maximize ROI on marketing spend. Develop the Monopoint system vision, define product strategy, and implement marketing plans to achieve financial business objectives for current year and over strategic plan horizon. Develop models & frameworks (product penetration, market growth, competitive share capture, expected demand, price sensitivity, profitability etc.) to enhance decision making and provide a compelling framework for future portfolio decisions. Evaluate and research market trends, competitive activity, product improvement. Define and drive recommended strategies and corrective actions. Grow revenue market share of the Monopoint system in your portfolio with smart and engaging marketing campaigns to proactively renew positioning based on patients and customers evolving needs, market trends and competitive landscape. Be the technical, clinical, and marketing expert for the Monopoint system and for competitors’ portfolio to provide excellent and timely support to the customers and field with any inquiries. Lead and/or influence product, clinical, and marketing strategies relevant to your portfolio of products. Gain insights from market research to inform marketing initiatives. Product Launch: Manage the launch of the Monopoint system including planning and executing pre-launch demand generation activity; leading logistical, promotional, and sales support activity during launch; and driving post-launch tracking and marketing programs to maximize sales. Develop, implement, and execute effective product positioning focusing on unmet customer needs and benefits vs. competitive products, optimized pricing strategy, targeted launch cascade based on customer segmentation and creative promotion activities. Partner with the training and sales team to develop the best approach to quickly educating physicians and sales team members on the advantages of using a novel technology like the Monopoint system. Working with the Clinical and Regulatory team, identify and develop the most effective clinical claims that can be derived from the SUMMIT MAX RCT to communicate the advantages of the Monopoint system to clinicians, VACs, and other stakeholders. Brand: Evolve branding strategy, product positioning and messaging. Oversee development and preparation of promotional activities which support the marketing plan objectives and strategies. Act as internal brand steward for R92’s corporate brand to ensure they are consistently and meaningfully represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points. Apply consistent execution of R92 corporate brand marketing guidelines and trademark requirements. Work with creative agency partnerships. Manage agency priorities and approve expenditures within budget guidelines. Digital Marketing: Explore and integrate innovative marketing strategies and tactics, including digital, interactive, and online media, mobile applications, and other new methods that augment traditional marketing tactics. Marketing Team and Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physician customers, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Route 92 Medical neurovascular products. Support and lead physician meetings related to your portfolio and leverage your customer relationships to incorporate customer input into your marketing plans. Drive cross-functional connections to bring experts together to enable efficient, effective market growth planning and analysis of new opportunities or potential external partnerships. PREFERRED EDUCATION: PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of experience in product marketing, market development, and strategy and portfolio management. 2+ years experience managing and leading a team. Prior experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the neurovascular space. Global commercial experience preferred. Track record of driving results in upstream and downstream marketing capacities. Demonstrated ability to apply marketing experience and business knowledge to drive achievement of business goals. ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential, additional languages desired. Proficiency in common computer software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
