Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Colorado or 810 years of related experience in the development field.
Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS Pro.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
Proven ability to coach and lead team members with diverse professional styles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
General knowledge of preparing proposals and business fundamentals, including project control and client relations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
