• Cases: Carpal Tunnel, Fibromyalgia, Gout, Lupus, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Tennis Elbow, and Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Proficiency in Ultrasound Guided Injections preferred
• 2+ years of experience is needed in Rheumatology or Related Setting
• Please have New York License in hand, or in process
