The incoming candidate will be joining a team of one Ophthalmologist and 5 Optometrists. This dynamic group is committed to providing outstanding patient care with an appropriate balance between work and family. Ideal candidate is a progressive, general Ophthalmologist who has an interest in cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive and would be interested in a buy-in opportunity to the practice. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $475,000 Buy-in to the practice after one year Relocation: $10k PTO Malpractice with tail coverage Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Retirement Plan: 401k with 6% match, eligible after year one Sign on bonus: $105,000
