• Full-time Permanent Position (Schedule discussed during initial interview)
• Experience in primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred
• Duties will include conducting sick/wellness visits, physical examinations, and patient follow-ups for optimal patient outcomes
• Bilingual Candidates needed due to patient population (English and Spanish)
