Dates of Coverage:
December 30- January 3: 6:30am-5pm
February 14-17: 6:30am - 5pm, with 24/7call
February 26- March 2: 6:30am 5pm, with 24/7call
March 22 April 4
Call starting :30am :30am
3/24-3/27, 6:30am 5pm
Call starting :30am - :30am
3/31-4/4, 6:30am 5pm
April 17-20: 6:30am 5pm, with 24/7call
May 27-June 1: 6:30am 5pm, with 24/7call

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Indiana license required or IMLC
Prefer no med mal to grant temp privs
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am until cases are done / 24 hour call
Types of cases: CABG, Valves, Maze, Lungs, Pacemakers, etc. / Must be proficient in Vein Harvesting / 2-4 cases per day
Responsible for inpatient rounds and surgery assist
