As a
Program Office Integrator
with MTSI, you will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to achieve cost-effective, long-term, critical capabilities to support the war-fighting mission of the combatant commanders. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects managed by the program within and outside the program office. Serve as program advisory lead for extremely time critical projects and tasks. Keep Government leadership informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow[1]up. Support management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects, ensuring the overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources. Report statistics on all support efforts, including updates in status and performance, major activities, challenges and opportunities, deliverables, and subcontractor performance. Draft, review, and edit program reports, documents, and briefings for government approval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. Work on high visibility and/or mission critical aspects of given program and perform all functional duties independently with Government oversight.
Qualifications
Required Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of DoD and IC experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in Special Access Programs and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years.
Must be able to manage high ops tempo requirements and guide execution teams to meet commander's intent
Must have strong interpersonal skills, be capable of developing briefings and reports accurately summarizing program performance and addressing key issues for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices.
Desired Requirements: Experience developing space payload systems, including on-orbit initialization.
Relevant experience in mission integration, operations analysis and support, logistics, maintenance, personnel support and government program office support Education
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with previous SAP experience required. Travel: US Travel Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. #LI-LS1 #mtsi #LI-Onsite
