Delaware North Travel is searching for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations, inventory management, managing food/labor budgets in addition to other duties. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
Research and develop new menus
Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
More about you
Minimum of three years’ experience as a food and beverage manager or restaurant manager is required.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
No degree required
