Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). This role requires expert Excel and SQL skills to manage and analyze large datasets for high-stakes executive reporting.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Analyst job responsibilities include:

Providing advanced analytical support and producing executive-level reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and high-quality insights for business strategy and risk management.
Conducting in-depth data mining, aggregation, and trend analysis to identify at-risk controls, performance gaps, and operational improvements.
Developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex macros and code to streamline reporting processes and increase efficiency.
Creating and presenting dashboards and executive summaries, synthesizing complex data to support decision-making by senior leadership.
Collaborating across functions to proactively address data discrepancies, resolve issues, and meet evolving reporting requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
6-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data mining, and reporting, ideally within a regulated or financial industry.
Proven expertise in advanced Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience in data aggregation and data manipulation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies quickly.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $47.00 per hour
