LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: HR Recruiter (Sr) in Oklahoma City

LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a company in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and handling contract negotiations.

In addition, this position will play a key role in supporting the company’s immigration processes and managing relationships with recruitment agencies, legal teams, and procurement teams.

The anticipated pay rate for this role is between $35-$40/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

· Full lifecycle recruitment for various roles, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

· Manage immigration cases and coordinate with external counsel for sponsorship of colleagues.

· Oversee recruitment contracts for contingent workers, supporting the negotiation process with agencies, legal teams, and procurement.

· Take initiative in managing recruitment processes independently and effectively while providing timely updates to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and procurement, to ensure compliance and efficiency in the hiring process.

· Provide strategic recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent.

· Experience with managing immigration sponsorship cases and working with external counsel is a strong plus.

· Familiarity with working on contracts for contingent workers and collaborating with agencies, legal, and procurement teams.

· Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
