Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in East Syracuse, New York. This is a contract opportunity for candidates with prior contract experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to distributors, including assistance with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and provide limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients.

  • Proactively follow up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

  • Manage inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management.

  • Collaborate across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes.

  • Actively contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations.

  • Utilize CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively.

  • Manage an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach.

  • Leverage your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of call center experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
