Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary Contract)

Contract Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative for our client in Sharonville. This temporary position is ideal for individuals with a strong call center background, particularly in accounting or banking, who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent service to customers.
Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous call center experience is mandatory.
Experience in accounting or banking within a call center environment is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office.
