Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site near Northvale, NJ. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
