LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company based in Mount Laurel ,NJ. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for recent graduates in finance, accounting, or business who are looking to gain practical experience in the field. Our company specializes in leasing office equipment to other businesses, and we are looking for someone who can help us manage our financial records and transactions.

Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Contract)

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in finance, accounting, or business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.
