Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk for our client on the north side of Indianapolis. If you are an individual with experience in an accounting role and looking to work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule, this is the fit for you! This position only requires one day in office per week.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and paying incoming invoices
  • Reviewing invoices and PO’s to ensure accurate billing
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure payments
  • Assisting in other areas of accounting as needed
  • Assist in daily/monthly journal entries.
  • Assist in annual 1099
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of accounts payable experience
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Microsoft Office Excel experience preferred

Position Type: Contract to Hire (Part-Time)

Hours: Flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
