Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk for our client on the north side of Indianapolis. If you are an individual with experience in an accounting role and looking to work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule, this is the fit for you! This position only requires one day in office per week.

Hours: Flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Processing and paying incoming invoices
- Reviewing invoices and PO’s to ensure accurate billing
- Reconciling accounts to ensure payments
- Assisting in other areas of accounting as needed
- Assist in daily/monthly journal entries.
- Assist in annual 1099
- 2+ Years of accounts payable experience
- Attention to detail is a must
- Microsoft Office Excel experience preferred
