Our innovative tcompany is seeking a dynamic Permanent Project Executive with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to join our team. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various MEP projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on mechanical projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of MEP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedule, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including project status, financials, and risk assessments, to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with minimum 10 years’ experience in related field or, 15-20 years’ experience in Construction Management.
  • Experience with management of large Guaranteed Maximum Price projects.
  • Experience with common software including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including CAD drawings, Blueprints, Submittals, etc.
