Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Director of Business Development in developing and implanting a strategic plan to promote the services offered at Holly Hill Hospital to all potential referral sources in a manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of the hospital, with primary activities targeted to the assigned territory and other duties as assigned by the Department Director. Serve as the Clinical Community Coordinator by providing unit assertive engagement education support services to drive referrals from inpatient to Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and The Pines at Holly Hill Outpatient Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Provide statewide Continuing Education Program opportunities through lunch and learns and meetings to support the Rep's assigned territory and all other territories as needed. Coordinates with the Admissions Department (Respond) on-going updates of the HMS Referral Source Data Base Coordinates with the Admissions Department efforts to follow up with all referral sources regarding referrals and admissions Effectively works with other Hospital Department Heads in the development, education and implantation of the Hospital's Strategic Marketing Plan QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field (e.g. Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.); Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field Preferred.

Experience:

2 years experience in combined clinical /marketing, sales or contract services in the mental health field; Behavioral Health Hospital experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Current North Carolina Driver's License preferred Clinical License Preferred (LCSW or LPC)

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of behavioral health field, including familiarity with services provided to mental health, substance abuse and developmentally disabled population, with a working knowledge of DSM methodology Working knowledge with using electronic systems to develop and maintain referral source data bases Effective oral and written communication skills Effective Educational, Group Leadership and Public Speaking skills Skills in interpreting and applying standards and regulations applicable to programs and services Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management and team building skills Basic fiscal management skills Flexibility, creativity, and stress management skills
