As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. You will be an integral part of our sales team, promoting our company's vision and promoting our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store

• Quickly and efficiently identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Engage customers in product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

• Educate customers on our product offerings and provide recommendations based on their requirements

• Achieve sales targets set by the company and assist in reaching overall store sales goals

• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays and stock management

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers through phone calls, email, and social media to promote our products and services

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information

• Attend training seminars and workshops to continuously improve sales skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college education is a plus

• Minimum of 1-year retail sales experience in a technology-related field

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of technology products and services

• Organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
