Compensation is base salary with opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commission/additional incentive, the typical incentive ranges from $10K-$30K annually.

Specific Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:
- Review applications to identify qualified applicants.
- Conduct phone screen and telephone interviews daily with prospective company drivers and owner-operators.
- Interview drivers to ensure they meet our safety requirements and are a good cultural fit.
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company's open positions, duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Understand the recruiting needs and demands of PTIs internal customers.
- Enter candidate information and update the application tracking system database.
- Complete and review background checks, including MVR, PSP, DAC reports, and employment verifications.
- Review and process applications to determine whether applicants meet hiring criteria.
- Effective pipeline management and prioritization within the applicant tracking system.
- Responsible for understanding our operations, to attract drivers for current and future openings.
- Create meaningful relationships with potential candidates and align the Company's needs with the driver's needs.
- Have persistence and a sense of urgency to continue to meet and exceed goals
- Accountable for meeting key metrics including meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
- Follow up with candidates, build relationships, and maintain contact via phone calls, text, and emails.
- On average, generate over 60 driver application calls daily.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of an associate's in business or a related field required
- 2 years' experience in sales or recruiting preferred
- 1+ years transportation experience preferred
- 2 years DOT regulations preferred
- 1-year Tenstreet preferred
