Part-Time HR Generalist

100% on site in Northvale, NJ

Hours:20-25 hours per week

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.

  • Project Management: Lead and support HR projects, particularly the implementation of new software systems.

  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.

  • Training and Development:??Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Payroll: Work in conjunction with the HR Manager on payroll-related tasks, assisting with preparation, review, and resolving inquiries as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Technical proficiency, particularly in implementing and using HR software systems



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
