Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a nonprofit service organization seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to provide support to staff and members. If you bring experience with administrative support and the ability to work in a self-directed environment, apply now!
This is a part time role 3 days/week not to exceed 24 hours, fully on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage files and documentation
  • Answer and screen calls; direct to appropriate staff as needed
  • Act as first point of contact for members and handle initial intake
  • Maintain communication with staff, vendors, and members
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Send email and marketing communication
  • Manage dropbox

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum HS Diploma, College degree preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, social and email marketing tools a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing priorities

This job is In-Person.

Pay Range: Hourly $18.00 to $20.00
