We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Cost Report Analyst in the IT Software industry located in Plano, Texas. As a Cost Report Analyst, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the analysis and management of healthcare reimbursement data, application of accounting principles, and utilization of your analytical skills to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze healthcare reimbursement data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Apply accounting principles in managing financial data and reports
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on your analysis
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit data.• Proficiency in IT Software, particularly related to cost analysis and reporting
• Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles
• Strong Analytical Skills to decipher complex data
• Knowledge of HealthCare Reimbursement procedures
• Ability to generate detailed and accurate cost reports
• Proficiency in using various data analysis tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify discrepancies in cost reports
• Strong communication skills to present findings and suggest improvements
• Ability to work closely with the financial and IT teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
