Job Description
We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team located in Coral Gables, Florida. The primary function of this role is to provide financial planning and analysis, manage budget processes, and utilize financial modeling tools. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be working in a dynamic environment where your responsibilities will include the analysis of profit and loss, capital management, and auditing.
Responsibilities
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making
• Utilize Power BI and Oracle for financial modeling and dashboard creation
• Analyze profit and loss statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Oversee budget analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Employ data mining techniques to analyze business systems and CRM
• Manage capital and execute accounting functions to maintain financial health of the organization
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Utilize Spanish language skills to support LATAM operations
• Leverage Crystal Reports for reporting and data analysis purposes.

• Candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related field
• Proficiency in business systems is required
• Experience with CRM tools is necessary
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports is a must
• Proficient understanding of data mining techniques is expected
• Excellent grasp of accounting functions is needed
• Prior experience in auditing is required
• Knowledge of budget processes is essential
• Skilled in capital management is a key requirement.
