We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Danbury, Connecticut. The successful candidate will be joining our team, where they will be tasked with providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations in our office environment within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems including imaging and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and printers.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory.

• Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware for efficient problem-solving.

• Manage Dell Technologies and Apple Devices in the office environment.

• Employ knowledge in Backup Technologies and Configuration Management to ensure data safety.

• Assist with the maintenance and support of PC/printer hardware.

• Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and resolve issues.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

• Experience imaging Windows devices is a MUST HAVE

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is expected

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to Computer Hardware is mandatory

• Experience with Dell Technologies will be considered a plus

• Must have experience in managing Active Directory

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is needed

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required

• Experience in Configuration Management is a must
