Sr. Financial Analyst Job at Robert Half in Englewood

Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the construction industry to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a full time, permanent position in DTC. It is hybrid after training (1 day WFH), and is paying $100-125k. Additional information and job requirements are below. Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in all financial management functions, including accounting operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Heavy involvement in WIP, % completion, job costing, change orders, POs, loan draws, and more.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Variance analysis, data analysis, ad hoc projects.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications (bolded items are nonnegotiable, italicized are highly preferred):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting within the construction industry.
• Experience specifically with loan draws or loan programs
• Experience with a software implementation
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel, Spectrum, Sage Intacct, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with senior management.
