Job Title: RMS System Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay range: $55/Hr to $60/Hr on W2

Job Description:

Role Overview:

Client is looking for two passionate and skilled RMS System Analysts to provide support for inventory systems and integrated applications. You will be responsible for analyzing retail data sets, identifying system gaps, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes. As a key contact for critical data issues within our RMS, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, program managers, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities: Support and troubleshoot inventory systems and related applications, focusing on identifying and resolving system gaps and operational issues. Collaborate with integration and application teams to resolve business-critical issues impacting RMS (Retail Management System) and financial transactions, including stock ledger management. Serve as the key point of contact for resolving critical data issues related to inventory and financial transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and engineers, to understand and improve inventory processes. Take ownership of resolving specific issues within assigned systems or technologies. Demonstrate strong productivity through effective time management and a commitment to delivering results. Skills & Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a system analyst in Oracle Retail applications, particularly ORMS/SIM. 2 years of experience working with large datasets using Oracle DB and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of JSON and Kafka is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of overcoming challenges in a rapidly changing environment. Self-directed with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering). Preferred Skills:

Experience with retail systems, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and retail marketing. Knowledge of financial project management and business operations in a retail environment.
