We are committed to teaching you the ropes. The Summer Analyst Program starts in

early June

with an in-depth education on the Analyst role’s fundamentals and the nuances of Citi’s culture. The program also includes on-the-desk training, an informative speaker series, and networking opportunities. Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating from university to become Full-Time Analysts and continue their career in technology.

We design our digital architecture and ensure our platforms provide a first-class customer experience. Our operations teams manage risk, resources, and program management. We focus on enterprise resiliency and business continuity. We develop, coordinate, and execute strategic operational plans. Essentially, Chief Information Security Office (CISO) works together to ensure the safety of Citi’s and our clients’ assets and information.

We are in a hunt for trailblazers with a passion for technology and drive to make a difference.

To join this elite program, you should:

Be graduating between Dec 2025 and May 2026.

Pursuingbachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree.

GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.

You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

You have an interest working in a high-tech global technology environment and have a fundamental understanding of technologies, including by not limited to programing languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, or basic concepts of relational databases.

Be a problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head-on.

Possess a global outlook and a willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.

Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.

Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working on agile teams is desirable.
