Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs) Monday-Friday. What You Get To Do: Oversee deployment, configuration, management, and maintenance of endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, printers). Maintain knowledge of Windows deployment solutions, image creation, and automated deployments. Develop and maintain a standard configuration for each endpoint platform to ensure reliable and quality equipment for employees. Develop and maintain systems for rapid replacement of equipment, available 24/7. Manage the distribution and installation of software applications and updates across all endpoint devices. Customize operating systems and applications to ensure stability and compatibility with company operations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving issues related to endpoint devices and software. Manage user security groups and resource access in Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Exchange Online, and company data drives. Ensure endpoint devices comply with HIPAA security policies and standards, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management. Continuously monitor endpoint performance and security, generating reports on device health, compliance, and incidents. Utilize automation tools and scripting to streamline endpoint management tasks and improve efficiency. Maintain an accurate inventory of all endpoint devices, tracking asset lifecycle and ensuring proper disposal of outdated equipment. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of endpoint devices within the broader IT infrastructure. Create and maintain documentation for endpoint management processes and provide proactive training to end-users and IT staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 years IT experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, applications, hardware technical environment. Strong understanding of Endpoint Operating Systems, including Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS, and administrative tools. Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). Strong understanding of Endpoint Development Tools (WDS, MDT, Autopilot, Apple ADE, Android ZeroTouch, MDM Enrollment) Moderate understanding of Microsoft 365 Services, including Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other tools included with Office 365. Moderate understanding of Microsoft PowerShell and Command Prompt. Basic understanding of HIPAA Security best practices Basic understanding of server-side components and applications, including web and database infrastructure. Basic understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, and network hardware. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) and Fundamentals (MS-900) CompTIA A and CompTIA Net. Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test. For those working in the field, current automobile insurance, a valid Oregon drivers license, and reliable transportation are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
