Allergy/Immunology Physician Assistant

Position: Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Surgical Team Location: Schenectady, NY Opportunity Details: - Full-time position with varying shifts totaling 80 hours per pay period.- Potential for transition to in-house and on-call shifts.- Shift differentials for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.- Weekend and holiday coverage shared with a group of four other full-time Ortho PAs.- Potential for cross-coverage across St. Peter's Health Partners after training.- Responsibilities include pre/post-op patient orders, floor rounding, inpatient hospital management, evaluating fractures/dislocations, interpreting imaging, performing H+P exams, ordering/interpreting labs/tests, evaluating inpatient Ortho consults, and assisting in the OR. Requirements: - NYS licensure and DEA required.- Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification.- One to two years of experience required in Surgery.
