Location:
- This is an onsite position Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to hours based on regional time zones. Our corporate office is located 13010 Morris Road, Suite 150, Alpharetta GA 30004. Some travel may be required as needed.
What you’ll Do:
ProFund™ is searching for polite, professional Account Executives to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers and share our product with the world and create raving fans from our users. The Account Executives may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will learn the functions of our company’s software to educate users on how to utilize our application. Vital among these responsibilities is the ability to manage time well; use software, scripts and tools; and maintain lasting relationships with other call center members, as well as external clients.
Requirements We Look For:
- Learn the functions of our company’s software program so you can walk users through steps to achieve specific goals
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
- Being the first point of contact with incoming users and maintaining the relationship throughout their journey.
- Fostering new relationships through outbound efforts
- Perform compelling online demos to prospects
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Aid the development team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades that will enhance users’ experience
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

- Experience and/or interest in developing new sales opportunities through calls and other means of contact to potential new customers.
- Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Self-Starter who can hit the ground running in an early-stage startup environment.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and web presentation tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
