What You’ll Do
Enjoy your summer with MAI Capital Management in our 2025 Summer Internship Program. Our 10-week program will provide you with the opportunity to work on challenging assignments in an exciting area with one of the nation’s best Wealth Management Firms. As an intern, you will be assigned a mentor/manager, projects and work assignments that will benefit the Firm and provide real-world experiences for you in your specific field of study. We have paid internship opportunities that are eligible to earn an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour in these areas of the Firm:
- Wealth Management
- Investment Management
- Finance
- Corporate Accounting
- MIS/Technology
- Operations
- Compliance
- Tax Services
- Human Resources
- Legal
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for intellectually curious and creative thinkers who are eager to learn about the Wealth Management industry in a team-based environment.
Experience/Credentials
- The candidate must be a rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program in a related field of study.
- Competitive GPA of 3.3 or higher and strong academic standing in your primary field of study.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communications (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in Investment Management, Finance, and Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and individual initiative, self-discipline and integrity, leadership qualities and the ability to develop creative solutions.
