We are currently recruiting for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join a service-related company based in Santa Ana. This temporary position offers a structured work schedule from Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and is anticipated to last approximately 6 months.
Pay up to $26 per hour and will be working onsite.
Key Duties for the Accounting Assistant:

Key Duties for the Accounting Assistant:
- Review and verify AP invoices from subcontractors, supplier and vendors against the purchase orders
- Ensure the accuracy of the payments against the contracts
- Maintain the current accounts, posting entries from supporting documents and records and verifying of invoices
- Handle the research and discrepancies
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
