Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift for the first month)

About the Role: Are you ready to join a leading automotive manufacturing company and be part of a dedicated team? We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to support our 3rd shift operations. You’ll start with a month of training on either 1st or 2nd shift to learn the ins and outs of the role, then transition to 3rd shift. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble and inspect automotive components according to precise specifications.
• Operate machinery and tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all components meet strict standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
