Responsibilities:
Counseling: Providing individual or group counseling to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
Assessment: Conducting assessments to understand a student's social and emotional needs
Collaboration: Working closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students
Education and Prevention: Developing and implementing programs focused on preventing issues like bullying, substance abuse, or mental health challenges
Case Management

Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work
State licensure
Experience in school setting preferred
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
